Felix Vallotton

Félix Vallotton (* December 28, 1865, † December 29, 1925) was a Swiss, later French painter, graphic artist, wood engraver, and writer. Vallotton was a member of the “Nabis,” and accordingly, his works reflect symbolism, a masterful use of color, and a fascination with the then-modern Japonisme.
