Augusto Giacometti

Antonio Augusto Giacometti (born August 16, 1877, died June 9, 1947) was a Swiss painter. He is considered an outstanding painter in the tradition of Art Nouveau and Symbolism, a pioneer in the renewal of glass painting, an exponent of monumental mural painting, and creator of widely popular posters.
